The raspberries made a lot of ppl. happy – family, friends and neighbours (and I guess a few birds as well).

I was planning on going to a crafts fair, but then I decided to clean out the old raspberry bushes. It’s not that difficult – it’s just a bit “fiddly”. First you remove the small clips that ties the branshes to its wire. Then you remove all the bushes that had berries this year – leaving the new ones. Then you clip the new branches. It’s not biggy, but I’m glad we don’t have no more than 3 rows of raspberries!

Hubby cut the grass and then helped me

Yes – it’s the time of the year again. The berries are getting nice and red and it’s plenty! Our neighbour was also offered to pick whatever she wanted and she told me she had picked a full row – I couldn’t see anything but red berries. Guess I’ll be berry picking every day the coming weeks.

Not quite the EU standard for cucumbers…

These are some pictures to show you how the inside of the green house looks. You can see stuff growing from day to day and you can compare the salad you see to the one we have outdoors. They’re planted the same day.
