I’m not sure where I found this picture, but I think it’s pretty cool! Although I don’t think it’s that useable – it would be worn out in no time – it would be fun to make it

I bought these pretty ribbons at Skaperverket.
I guess I could have made the box as well – cherry blossom paper which is glued on, but I was in the “I-want-it-now” mood and bought it finished.
I have some plans for a crafty evening with my sewing machine – some pretty fabric I bought a long ago and these ribbons!

I’ve ordered some yellow yarn called SOLSIKKE – or sunflower if you don’t speak Norwegian.
Just like the sunflower the yarn is pretty yellow and suits the colors of the fall. I also ordered a crochet book- crochet so fine – though my hands doesn’t like crochet that much, but I liked some of the patterns.
I might go for a knitted shawl with 1000 beads in it. It’s from Designer Knitting Spring/Summer 2010 issue. It looks easy enough and yet pretty know to give that wow factor. Yellow yarn and gold beads should do the work.
It’s Saturday and I’m home alone. I usually end up doing something really boring – like cleaning the house, but today I went shopping!
I needed some new clothes as the old ones are getting too big (which is a good thin). Here are two of the stuff I bought (couldn’t find a picture of the rest of it).

I was looking for a new bag as well. I have mostly black bags and the white one I have is old and worn out. I ended up buying this one (it’s the same back, except that mine is not with in gold, but in dark silver – have no idea what to call it). The brand is Fiorelly. It’s not too expensive and it was a 30% discount on it as well!

I ended my shopping day with buying (read spending a gift certificate) on a knitting book! I browsed through it in a different store, but then remembered that I had a gift certificate for a nearby shopping mall. So I walked across town and this lucky book got to go home with me!

My local crafts group had a raffle and of course I had to buy some tickets – and I won!
I also won a cake at another raffle! Actually – I won a cake last Saturday as well, but I gave it to an old man who looked like he could use a bit of cheering up. Today there were no lonely old ppl. around, so I brought it back home and put it in the freezer
