Tourist chaos in Oslo

My workplace is just across the road from the city hall. The one place where (summers) tourists go to to take pics – and the city hall also have a nice view of the harbour. BUT – all the busses are making it a bit chaotic for other drivers. I can’t understand why there’s no public bus parking in Oslo – we should have one cause we need our tourists!
