I found a new recipe for medisterkaker (have now idea what the english name is). If you take your normal medisterkake recipe and add tried apricots and one green apple – both cut in to small pices – AND – instead of the normal spices just buy a “sursild”-spice pack – roast the spices in a hot pan for 1 min or two then crush it and it to the rest of the parts :) YUMMY! Very tasty and I will surely make these out of season!
