I finished Winter Berries – and I love it! I used the yarn “Nepal” from Garnstudio. It might not be the softest yarn, but it’s really warm. I’ve already cast on for the 2nd Winter Berries! You can get the pattern here.
I started the day with 55 min of pilates at Elixia Linderud. New place – it’s nice to workout there. I’m not a big fan of pilates, but sometimes you just gotta do stuff that you’re not a big fan of 😉 I also bought yarn and pattern to knit this (see picture below). I
I made leg warmers for christmas for two of my co-workers! I finally got to give the 2nd pair away today! They’re easy to make. The original pattern is HERE. I knitted these in PT 5 sport – 3.5 mm circular needle and cast on 60 sts. I used about 2 skeins for 1 leg.
I just have to show you my knitting aid! He loves yarn and knitting needles and it’s quite difficult to tell him that I need to knit cause the yarn etc is HIS! Better to just stay away while he’s at it 😉
Today I finally finished my 2nd Umaro. It’s so soft – knitted in kashmir alpaca! We also took a quick trip to Sweden to do some shopping – I knitted all the way to and from 😉 We’re pointed cat sitters for the next week. Our neighbours are going away and didn’t want to
I’ve finished my 2nd pair of “Veyla”. They match my pale-pink shawl perfectly! Ready for easter!
I took these (bad) pics from the store across the building I work in. I love the jacket and the heart attached to it! Shouldn’t be too difficult to make this!
I made the first half of one sock 2 years ago. Why I didn’t finish it I have no idea, but atleast they’re both done! They’re knitted in Fame Trend from Marks & Kattens.
This shawl has been one of my most far-travelled projects. I was with me on our 25 days trip to the US in 2008, but I didn’t knit a single stitch! I’ve had to make a lot of corrections and it has just taken so much time! But now – it’s finished and ready to
The weather is summer-like – warm and sunny – perfect for lazy days (and looong weekends since we have a public holiday this coming Monday). When we were in Denmark in April I bought some yarn (only two skeins since it was quite expensive) – and I wasn’t sure what to do with is. It’s
