This amazing picture is from a Norwegian book about “hand wear” to use with national costumes. The book is “Håndplagg til bunader og folkedrakter“. Wouldn’t this be the perfect thing to add to my “wedding dress” *I can hear wedding bells*

I came across the pattern while surfing the net (that’s nothing new is it 😉 I was thinking about making it into a wedding dress. Well – I’d better set a date first so I know when I have to finish the project! The picture is from a book of Cornelia Tuttle Hamilton.
