Sock Madness – sock number 3 – finished! I wasn’t sure about this one. I thought it looked a bit difficult, but I started on Wednesday and knit like crazy – and made the cut for sock number 4. Never made it past the next one so we’ll see if this time is the right

These are the 3rd pair in the 2012 Sock Madness. I really love the pattern – very easy. What I don’t like is the kitchner sticthes bind off – I never seem to get this perfect! Pattern will be available after the sock madess ends.

I love this pattern! It’s easy to knit and the cables are very easy! I used Thin Alpaca yarn – double (have to use some of my yarn..) I did a 7 time repeat of the 28 rounds instead of 6 cause I didn’t want it to be square. I’ll try to take a better

I left out the last 10 rounds and here’s is the result! It’s not a shawl – more like a scarf or shawlette. It’s very pretty and light and we’ll see what I’ll do with it. Leave it as is – or add a lace ribbon Btw – color is light purple (bad picture!)
