We’ve talked for ages about doing a knitting evening at work and we finally found a suitable day – the day before Linn Kristin was going to leave us for a new job! How sad is that! So – last evening we had a nice evening with food from Shalimar (hot – indian food!) – cake
I came across the beautiful song (Norwegian only) and thought I’d share it with you! “Jeg lar drømmer sveve over et blådypt stille hav som er vårt. Vinden hvisker kjærlig om alt som lever stille uten et ord.” Translates into something like this: I let dreams float over a blue-deep quiet ocean which is ours.
I’ve forgot to tell you all about me little fall.. on our very ice stairs outside our house! Tuesday morning – with a trash bag in one hand, but hand bag in the other – stairs looked fine, but I didn’t see the icy layer on top of it! I fell on my ass –
That’s what we call Wednesdays here. After having a grey and foggy weekend and start of the week today turned out to be really sunny and nice! Not much happening except for work, work and more work, but here are some usual pictures of the sky

We had this really beautiful morning sky here, so I rushed to the window and took some pics (they don’t turn up that well on my Iphone, but you get an idea). It lasted for about 2 hrs and then the sky went all grey
I just wanted to show you pics of the flowers I got yesterday (and today at work from Linn Kristin). The tulips are from my mother in law, Sara – and the roses from my co-worker, Linn Kristin. I love flowers during the winter! As you know flowers are quite expensive here so it’s an
So – this is the first day of my last year in the 30’s. I can’t say it bother me much – age is just a number 😀 I took the day off – relaxing with a long morning at home – 2 hrs down town spending some of the gift cards we got for
We had a lot of snow lately. At 9 am we were already outside showeling snow! We then decided to get rid of all of the snow on our veranda! I’m really glad we did cause as we were shoveling snow the weather turned from cold, to windy and mild! If we had waited another day
